Breaded fish with asparagus beans and cauliflower and broccoli rice.
I used fresh fish from the fresh food dish at Meny, but I am sure this will be very good with tinted fish: for example cod or saithe from the freezer.
Almond flour, salt and pepper are mixed in a bowl. The fish is divided into the desired size so that they can fit in the pan. Then put in almond flour, salt and pepper. Make sure the sides are well covered. Then fry the fish in a pan with olive oil or coconut oil until the fish is cooked through (time depends on the thickness and temperature of the pan) The fish is ready when it is easy to divide.
The asparagus beans are put in boiling water for a few minutes to warm.
Cauliflower and broccoli rice:
Grate cauliflower and broccoli, then fry the grated mix in a little oil until tender. Season as desired. Salt and pepper are good. Curry spices are also very good! Gives a little Indian twist to the food.
Organic sugar-free aioli tastes good together with this food :-)
